LaRits General Contracting was founded by Greg Ritter, a construction professional with more than 40 years of experience across commercial, healthcare, residential, and specialty construction.
Our approach is simple: stay involved, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the work from start to finish. Every project receives direct owner-level attention, helping keep decisions moving and expectations clear.
We work closely with owners, architects, property managers, and trusted trade partners to deliver quality construction with straightforward communication and accountability throughout the process.

Meet The Owner
Greg Ritter
Greg Ritter brings more than four decades of hands-on construction experience to every LaRits project. His background spans commercial construction, healthcare environments, residential work, and complex renovations where coordination and attention to detail matter.
Greg founded LaRits with a straightforward philosophy: clients deserve direct communication, honest answers, and a contractor who takes personal responsibility for the work. He remains actively involved from preconstruction through completion—staying responsive, solving problems quickly, and earning the client’s trust along the way.
Why Larits was Formed

After decades in the construction industry, I founded LaRits General Contracting to build a company around the values that have guided my career: respect, integrity, accountability, and doing things the right way.
Greg Ritter founded LaRits on a simple belief: successful construction is about more than the project itself. It requires respect for the client, the people involved, the surrounding community, and the environment in which we work.
It’s not about the client alone. It has to be about the client and what surrounds them. At LaRits, our goal is to look after the entire project. It takes very little effort to maintain respect and peace with neighboring communities and surrounding staff

Whether delivering a large commercial project or a smaller, targeted scope, we recognize that true success comes from respecting the people, property, and community around us.
